PRINCIPLES STUDY TO DETE RMINE SPREAD OF CUCUMBER MOSAIC VIRUS IN PROTECT FIELDS ON SOLANACEAE PLANTS IN DIYALA PROVINCE-Iraq

Abstract

This study was conducted to determine the distribution of CMVin protected fields cultivated by Solanaceae plants.750 samples collected from different town in Diyala province from Solanaceae plants seems that infection by CMV .This samples showing that more of 60% of disease plants is infected by CMV . Diagnosis of CMV was according to the symptom which appearance on indicator ,diagnosis plants ,physical properties to this virus and transmission by seeds . Samples were grounded in phosphate buffer in mortar , we suggested to use integrate Pest control to reduce the infection in this virus
